Excluding the one I have safely in my garage back home, every one of my old bikes has been stolen. (Even one that I gave away to someone else...) One while I was at a movie, one that was locked in my shed, three that were in my backyard and not locked (long suspicious story there)... but at last I've managed to keep one long enough to sell. My secret? I only had it for three months. I'm leaving where I am for another place prior to going back home, and there's no way to transport the bike. So it had to go... and it did! Sold it on Facebook Marketplace, which taught me something as a bonus; the culture of that place is not just in Australia. "What's your lowest price", "can you accept <insert payment plan I've never heard of>?", "I didn't read the listing, can you answer my questions that you've covered already?".... sigh. It's here as well, and it might even be worldwide. Don't get it. But back on topic it's sold and that's a good thing. Nice cheap bike too really; bought it on Amazon and while the first arrived damaged, the second was just fine....
